What's a revision?

Revisions vs. a new build.

This is the part that prevents disputes, so we say it plainly. Most of what you'll want is a revision and is included. If something is genuinely new work, we quote it up front — never a surprise on the invoice.

Revisions (included)

  • Text changes
  • Swapping photos
  • Adjusting colors
  • Reordering sections
  • Fixing typos
  • Updating hours or services

New build territory (quoted separately)

  • Adding pages beyond your package
  • A booking or ordering system not in the original scope
  • A major redesign after launch

Additional revisions beyond the 2 included: $125/hr or $397 flat — your choice. We'll tell you which a change falls under before we do it.

For restaurants

For restaurants: how online ordering actually works

When someone orders through your site, it lands with you immediately — by email, and by text if you want it. You (or your staff) enter it into your system the same way you'd handle a phone order today. That's true for every POS system.

If you run Square, direct integration into your POS may be possible depending on your setup — worth a conversation. For Toast, Clover, and most other systems, orders come to you as a clean, ready-to-enter ticket rather than being pushed automatically. That's not a limitation we're hiding — it's how most direct-ordering setups work industry-wide, aggregator apps included.

Want it to print like a kitchen ticket instead of landing in an inbox? A basic thermal receipt printer that accepts email-to-print runs about $80-150 and turns every incoming order into a physical ticket with no POS integration required. Ask about it when we talk.
